Pricing and credits

Understand Labor0 plans, credits, usage, billing behavior, and protected app handoffs.

Labor0 uses credits so teams can compare different kinds of app usage in one unit. Published USD prices are tax-exclusive.

Team and Business grants are pooled across every workspace owned by the billing owner. They are issued after a successful recurring payment, expire at the end of that billing period, and do not roll over. The Sandbox grant is a one-time lifetime grant.

The authenticated app stores each self-service paid plan's default soft-alert threshold in workspace budget state. Alerts do not cap usage: self-service paid-plan overage is unlimited by default. Enterprise usage commitments and rates are contracted separately.

Credit conversion

One dollar is 1,000,000 Labor0 credits.

Examples:

  • $5 of included credits is 5,000,000 credits.
  • $99 of included credits is 99,000,000 credits.
  • $1,000 of included credits is 1,000,000,000 credits.
  • 250,000,000 credits equals $250.

Markups and billing behavior

AI-provider markup is plan-specific: 25% for Pay-as-you-go, 15% for Team, 10% for Business, and negotiated for Enterprise. Existing non-AI markup profile defaults are Cloudflare AI Search 35%, Cloudflare network 75%, hosted runner 50%, and Envbox 25%; the authenticated app's billing profile state governs overrides.

Billing readiness is handled in the authenticated Labor0 app. Stripe-hosted setup securely collects a payment card. Use the app for supported billing and usage views.

Completed payments do not automatically refund. Contact the billing owner or Labor0 support for payment questions or exceptional review.

Usage in the app

Open the workspace usage and billing areas to inspect current usage, usage by workspace or project, task-level token usage, hosted runner network usage, recent entries, budgets, overage, invoices, and warnings. The app owns workspace usage views and billing state.

The public pricing page owns the current customer-facing plan cards for Sandbox, Pay-as-you-go, Team, Business, and Enterprise. It is a static projection and never changes billing state. Use the authenticated app for card setup, invoices, and workspace usage.

Enterprise’s $24,000 annual amount is a platform fee only; its committed credits and usage rates are separate contract terms.
