Maturity labels

Beta marks a capability available for evaluation that may change. This label describes product maturity, not your permissions or whether a capability is enabled for your workspace.

Use the app’s workspace and project navigation to find the right screen without losing scope.

Before you begin

Select the intended workspace, then the project when the action is project-specific. Read the visible scope marker before changing settings or creating work.

The workspace shell keeps the highest-frequency actions together: New task, the workspace selector, Projects, L0 Nexus · Beta, L0 Tools · Beta, Workspace Chat · Beta, and Workspace settings. The workspace-wide conversation is identified by the Workspace Chat · Beta label. After you open Projects and select a project, the project navigation exposes Graph Chat · Beta beneath that project when the capability is available.

Check the workspace selector immediately before opening New task or Workspace settings. A project-scoped screen adds project navigation only after a project has been selected.

Procedure

Use the workspace selector to confirm the owning scope.
Use Workspace Chat · Beta for workspace-wide conversations. Use Projects > project > Graph Chat · Beta for project-specific conversations; Projects itself is not a Beta feature.
Open a project to access its task graph, Sessions, Schedules, Automation, repository binding, and project settings.
Use the docs search or sidebar to move between related guidance.
Return to the app for current labels, status, and protected controls.

Example path

To connect a repository for one project: select the workspace, open Workspace settings > Integrations > Repositories, finish workspace registration, return to Projects, open the project, and bind the registered repository in project settings. The workspace step grants catalog availability; the project step chooses where that repository is used.

Expected result

The page heading and scope copy match the workspace or project you intended. If New task shows Create a project first, the workspace is selected correctly but no project is available yet.

Permission guidance

Navigation can show a surface that your role cannot edit. Treat the app’s empty state or permission message as authoritative.

If the expected area is missing

Symptom: a menu item is not visible. Likely cause: the selected scope or role does not include it. Safe recovery: verify workspace and project selection, then ask an administrator if access should change.
